Before I remove my front bumper, can anyone who has done this tell me if there is any form of adjustment?
I think mine is a little too low which creates a gap between the bonnet and the grill. Although I have had the bumper removed resprayed and refitted, there was a gap there when I bought it.

Update.
Having removed the six bolts at the top of the bumper and the plastic trim above the rad, when I lifted the bumper up I could see that the bumper sits over the energy absorbing foam which seems to have some sort of spacer between the foam and the metal bumper. Could this have been fitted upside down or incorrectly?
